Template:Character Tokuichi Towa (塔和 十九一 Tōwa Tokuichi) is a character from Ultra Despair Girls - Danganronpa Another Episode. He was the father of Haiji Towa and Monaca Towa and head of the recently devastated "Towa Group" conglomerate.
History
Prior to the Tragedy
According to the note labelled The Founding of Towa, Tokuichi originally worked in his families ironwork factory, he was the one who made the industry grow in power.
Ultra Despair Girls
He was blackmailed by his daughter into mass-producing Monokuma units using his conglomerate's resources. These very robots were then used by the Warriors of Hope in their attempt to rid Towa City of adults and turn it into a paradise for kids (which was actually but a façade for Monaca's personal plan of reviving Junko Enoshima).
At some point before the events of the Another Episode, he was murdered by a group of Monokumas, at the command of his daughter, just like the parents of the other Warriors of Hope were by their respective children, albeit not as an act of vengeance for severe maltreatment but simply to prevent him for interfering with her plans. The murder was witnessed by Haiji, who decided to destroy all Monokumas to avenge his father.
