Irony[]
Every single execution usually has an irony that reflects the character's personal failure/criticism. So if this is to be believed, then couldn't this be more of a jab at how she had an opportunity to fight Monokuma and to show off her skills (a la Sakura), but the realistic outcome has her get defeated and with her barely being saved by Nekomaru also shows it plain and day just how weak she really is.
