Santiago Ziesmer is a German actor, radio announcer and Spanish singer of origin. As a German language dubber, he is best known for dubbing over Jaleel White as Steve Urkel in Family Matters, Ren Höek in The Ren & Stimpy Show, and SpongeBob SquarePants as SpongeBob. He also voices some anime characters such as Vegeta in Dragon Ball Series, and Dr. Crowler Vellian in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX. In Germany, he is most recognised as the voice dubber of Steve Buscemi.
Ziesmer is the voice of Monokuma in the German language dub of Danganronpa: The Animation and Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School.
