Nobuyo Ōyama (大山 のぶ代 Ōyama Nobuyo) was a former Japanese voice actress represented by Actors Seven. Her real name is Nobuyo Yamashita (山下 羨代 Yamashita Nobuyo).

She is best known for playing Doraemon in the long-running anime of the same name, which she played for 26 years.

She was the original Japanese voice of Monokuma in the Danganronpa franchise. It was reported in May 2015 that Ōyama was suffering from dementia,[1] and while she was still able to voice Monokuma in Super Danganronpa 2: Sayonara Zetsubō Gakuen THE STAGE (2015),[2] Ōyama's career ultimately did not last. The role of Monokuma was given to TARAKO as of Danganronpa: Kibō no Gakuen to Zetsubō no Kōkōsei THE STAGE 2016 and Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School, and Ōyama wrote a printed message in support of her that was shown on the official Danganronpa website.[3][4] In English dubs, Monokuma's voice is provided by Brian Beacock (Games) and Greg Ayres (Anime). In the German dub, his voice is provided by Santiago Ziesmer.

Ōyama passed away at the age of 90 on September 29, 2024.[5]
