Minami Takayama (高山 みなみ Takayama Minami) born Izumi Arai (新井 泉 Arai Izumi) is a Japanese voice actress and singer. She was also a member of the pop group Two-Mix, and a part of DoCo when it was active.

She is best known for her roles as Kiki and Ursula in Kiki's Delivery Service, Ranma ½ as Nabiki Tendo, Moomin as Moomin, and Detective Conan as Conan Edogawa.

She is the Japanese voice actress for the main protagonist of Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, Hajime Hinata and his alternate identity, Izuru Kamukura in the Danganronpa series. In the English dub, Hajime and Izuru's voices are provided by Johnny Yong Bosch.
