The Li'l Ultimates from the Elementary division.
Li'l Ultimate, called Super Elementary School Level (超小学生級の chō shōgakusei kyū) in Japanese, is a term used for talented children scouted by Hope's Peak Academy's Elementary School Division. They are similar to Ultimates, however, they are elementary school aged rather than high schoolers. Despite this, being a Li'l Ultimate does not necessarily guarantee that a student will attend Hope's Peak Academy and become an Ultimate once they grow older. Five Li'l Ultimates appear during the Hope's Peak Academy Saga, initially debuting in Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls before returning in Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School - Future Arc.

Hope's Peak Series[]
Elementary School Division[]
As mentioned in Danganronpa Another Episode, an Elementary School Division existed of Hope's Peak Academy before the Tragedy, which consisted of talented people of a younger age. They were separated into multiple classes, only the troublemaker class is known, which included Monaca Towa, Masaru Daimon, Jataro Kemuri, Kotoko Utsugi, Nagisa Shingetsu. These were influenced by Junko Enoshima who turned them into an Ultimate Despair-like group dubbed the Warriors of Hope.
Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School - Future Arc[]
All five known Li'l Ultimates reappear in Danganronpa 3 - Future Arc. While Masaru, Jataro, Kotoko, and Nagisa have very small roles and only make a single appearance during the seventh episode, Monaca plays a somewhat larger role throughout the story. During the first half of the Final Killing Game, Monaca, having killed the original, controls a robotic doppelgänger of Miaya Gekkogahara.
