Hidekatsu Shibata (柴田 秀勝 Shibata Hidekatsu) is a Japanese voice actor, actor, and narrator who is affiliated with Aoni Production.
He is best known for his roles in Mazinger Z (as Baron Ashura), One Piece (as Monkey D. Dragon), Naruto (as Hiruzen Sarutobi), and Fullmetal Alchemist (as Führer King Bradley).
He is the Japanese voice of Kazuo Tengan in Danganronpa series. In the English dub, Kazuo's voice is provided by Mark Stoddard.
