Elizabeth Maxwell is an American voice actress working for Funimation.
She is best known for her role as Motoko Kusanagi in Ghost in the Shell: Arise.
She voiced Karen Kisaragi in Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School. In the Japanese dub, Karen is voiced by Honoka Inoue.
