"Harmony's Last Reward" is likely a reference to the second Zero Escape game, Virtue's Last Reward, similarly to the trophies "Despair's Last Reward" in Trigger Happy Havoc, and "Hope's Last Reward" from Goodbye Despair.
"Reach Out and Touch Wraith" is a play on "Reach out and touch faith," lyrics from Personal Jesus by Depeche Mode
"The Truth is Out There" is a line from The X-Files.
"So What's Wrong with Taking the Back Streets?" and "You'll Never Know If You Don't Go" are lines from the song All Star, by Smash Mouth.
"Giving it up at the Hotel Kumasutra" is a reference to the line "Livin' it up at the Hotel California," from the song Hotel California, by the Eagles.
