Danganronpa 2: Ultimate Luck and Hope and Despair (スーパーダンガンロンパ２ 超高校級の幸運と希望と絶望, Sūpā Danganronpa 2: Chō Kōkō Kyū no Koūn to Kibō to Zetsubō) is a manga adaption of Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair through Nagito Komaeda's perspective. It was written and illustrated by Kyōsuke Suga.
It is the second officially translated Danganronpa manga series published by Dark Horse, the first being Danganronpa: The Animation.[1]
Official Synopsis[]
- "In Danganronpa 2: Ultimate Luck and Hope and Despair, a new class of students at the (in)famous Hope's Peak Academy find themselves on a surprise school trip to a tropical island. The students also find that suspicion and death is the only ticket home from this so-called paradise! Here, in the name of "hope," Ultimate Lucky Student Nagito Komaeda is willing to kill anybody and everybody...including himself!"
