Tia Lynn Ballard is an American voice actress.
She is best known for voicing various anime characters such as Happy from Fairy Tail, Peashy from Hyperdimension Neptunia, Mizore Shirayuki in Rosario + Vampire, and Yoshino in Date a Live.
