Rui Komatsuzaki (小松崎 類 Komatsuzaki Rui) is the main concept artist of the Danganronpa franchise.
About[]
Komatsuzaki was a sculpture graduate before becoming involved with Spike, and Danganronpa was his first experience as a character designer[1].
Trivia[]
- Komatsuzaki was one of many artists to design characters for Fate/Grand Order, an RPG mobile game based on the Fate series. One of his characters, Edmond Dantès, has a very similar design to Nagito Komaeda, while the other, Cleopatra, vaguely resembles Mikan Tsumiki.
- He enjoys listening to punk rock music.
