Kotono Mitsuishi (三石 琴乃 Mitsuishi Kotono) is a Japanese freelance, voice actress, and narrator from Tokyo. She was affiliated with Arts Vision and Lasley Arrow.
She is best known for her role as Usagi Tsukino in Sailor Moon during its debut in 1992. She also voices Misato Katsuragi in the anime TV series Neon Genesis Evangelion.
She is the Japanese voice of Peko Pekoyama in Danganronpa series. In the English dub, Peko's voice is provided by Janice Kawaye (Games) and Clarine Harp (Anime).
