Clarine Harp is a video producer, director, and voice actress working for Funimation.
She is best known for voicing Hibari Ginza from Speed Grapher.
She voices Peko Pekoyama in Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School. In the game series, Peko is voiced by Janice Kawaye in the English dub and Kotono Mitsuishi in the original Japanese.
