В 51-й день школьного режима Макото останется один в спортзале с любыми персонажами, с которыми игрок заслужил максимальную репутацию. Общаясь с ними, вы сможете выбрать окончательный вариант диалога. Если игрок выберет правильный ответ, он получит специальный подарок - нижнее белье этого персонажа. Это также откроет значок сердца рядом с изображением этого персонажа в последующих играх школьного режима.

Trigger Happy Heart[]
Trigger Happy Heart is a minigame in School mode. It uses mechanics similar to the Non Stop Debate trial minigame during Class Trials. During this event, Makoto will get insight into Hifumi's inner thoughts, and can refute or confirm something he is anxious about by using special Truth Bullets called "negation" and "affirmation". Successfully navigating this event is necessary to unlock Hifumi's ending.
